Our method of shipping is Express Road Freight from Sydney. Shipments to regional Australian towns and outside Australia will be quoted upon receipt of the order either by e-mail or phone.

RUSH orders needed for a specific date should be verified over the phone. We will quote you the rush delivery charges. Every step will be taken to meet your deadline.

The following standard freight charges and delivery times to Capital cities around Australia will apply:

Backorders will place entire order on hold. If requested to split order due to backorder, customer will incur additional freight charges. Otherwise, orders will not be dispatched until entire order is filled.

A physical street address is required for delivery, please note that we are no longer able to deliver to a PO Box since Australia Post charge additional costs to leave a package at one of their sites.

If a package arrives damaged or broken open, refuse it and have it returned to us. A replacement will be sent out.

Orders usually ship within 48 hours after we receive them. Exceptions include backorders and public holidays.
